Meet Our Pastors!

Pastors Brian and Tina Drysdale are the senior Pastors at Crossroads Victory Church. They met in the small village of Scotland, Ontario and were married one year later, in 1990. They have been faithfully serving in ministry together ever since.  They have a son, Jordan, who is gifted musically and loves the outdoors.  Tina and Brian have a passion to see believers come into a deeper place of prayer and intimacy with God. They believe this will help them to fulfill the vision of releasing the restoring fire of God into their community and surrounding area!

Our History

Crossroads Victory Church was established in September of 1991 in the City of Owen Sound.  Pastors Paul and Debby McCulloch pioneered this work with the direction of the Holy Spirit resulting in the planting of multiple Victory churches in the Grey-Bruce region.  The church first held meetings in a motel room in what is now the Travel Lodge and has gone through many transitions until a door opened up to rent 1125 8th Street East in Owen Sound where they grew for 8 more years.

Senior leadership transitioned in 2004 to Pastors Dave & Wendy Mathieu as the church continued to grow.  In June of 2005, the church was able to purchase a building at 885 19th St West in Owen Sound.  This property was paid off in record time with God's help and the faithfulness of the church family.  They burned the mortgage December 31st 2008 and set our course to build a new sanctuary in 2009.  By another miracle of God the expansion was started June 30, 2009 and the 7,000 square foot space was completed by the end of the year!  They had their first service on New Year's Eve 2009/10.

In the early spring of 2013 Pastors Brian and Tina Drysdale assumed leadership as the new Senior Pastors of CVC and in September of that year Ps. Dave and Wendy Mathieu moved to Barrie, Ontario to oversee the new Victory Training Centre as the Dean and Registrar.
